Junior Intermediate Team

Technical Training 

Junior Intermediate Team training is enhancing all skills and techniques from Junior Beginner Group,  and also focusing on One on One shot practices, Half court games,  and front court shots, to prepare for the next level of playing.  

Footwork Training 

Back-and-forth footwork, front-court corners, and back-court corners footwork exercises are included and coordinated with Technical Skills.  At intermediate level, footwork training is important part of practice and students will be proficient with footwork in Junior Intermediate Team session.
